Quality Red Wine with Typical Geographical Indication (IGT), OZIO 2006 is a wine with a robust, table taste, which goes well with any type of meal. Particularly suitable for pairing with red meats.
The processing of OZIO, produced with 100% Montepulciano, begins with fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and is then completed in Barrique (French Oak Barrels), where malolactic fermentation and aging also take place for 24 months.
The aging of the wine is completed in the bottle for another 6 months.
The geographical area of the wine is that of the municipalities of Castorano (AP) and Offida (AP).
It is advisable to decant the wine before serving it at the table.
